For 'I Came Here To Hide Me', the artist Claude Lévêque has invested his works within the Mazarine agency.
Since 1982, Claude Lévêque has exhibited in prestigious institutions: PS1 in New York, MAMCO in Geneva, Hamburger Bahnhof in Berlin, the Museum of Modern Art of the City of Paris or the Art Tower Mito in Tokyo. He represented France at the 53rd Venice Biennale in 2009. A sensitive provocateur, the artist conceives his works and installations as distorting reflections of our society.
Light, sound, objects and everyday situations sketch out under its action dreamlike and strange universes that penetrate us. A true initiation journey, his works offer the public the opportunity to discover reality from a whimsical and disturbing angle.
